Q: Why when I click Navigation Icon, it has nothing happen, can’t enter the map?
A: Please set the Navi Path,take the European map as an example to set:
Setting--NaviConfig--ResidentFlash(double click)--Eu+Au(double click)--.EXE(double click)--Save

Q:Why it can’t find the satellite signal?
A: Weather,High building, car protect film, outdoor or not will influence the GPS satellites searching, please go outdoor and open space to search satellites. And the first time GPS searching will take a bit long time than the second time, please kindly wait.
Q: Why does the battery not last very long, then it will turn off?
A: Because device's main power supply is from Car Charger plug into the Cigar Lighter, not from built battery. device's built battery just assistant the device normal working.
Q:Can I type in coordinates
A:Yes,you can use coordinates to navigate to your destination.
A:We tested the device to make sure it works fine before we ship the item, so it may has some used history, it is normal when you find the history.
